**Some of your main responsibilities will be:**

+ Assisting management with daily tasks such as typing correspondence, entering data into a computer, filing electronic records and answering phones.

+ Under direct supervision, may be responsible for entry-level functions that may involve:

+ Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail;

+ Organizing and scheduling appointments; handling inquiries and escalations

+ Entering performance data and analyzing, evaluating compliance and trends

+ Creating and deploying dashboards reflecting SLA/SLO reporting and compliance

+ Identify and recommend areas of improvement for Knowledge Management and SOPs.

+ Performs other clerical duties that may be needed under the direction of management.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications:**

* Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program, specific to IT

* Proficient in Microsoft O365 products, including Excel, Outlook, Word

* Python or similar programming languages for data analytics.
